Hi, im new here and found this place by mistake..

but i could use some help.. im 50 years old and i am soooo lost… yes i am married but my wife is sick and i dont want to put more on her.. in fact thats part of the prob.. not all.. i lived in hawaii most my life and was in shape, but now im overweight (part bc i stopd doing stuff bc of my wife) anyway can someone just help tell me why i am here ? Please!! There is more but have to go for now.. thank you Mr Lost
