Today you see all the advertisements, books, and tv shows on how to loose weight and diet.
The real secret to weight loss is that there actually is no secret. People today are looking for a quick fix that will make them drop 50 pounds in one day, which is practically impossible and not good for you. Thats what advertisements feed off of is the hunger of getting a quick fix that is no where near bullet proof. The way to diet is to do the basics, eat healthy and exercise.
I understand that, yes, some people have genes that cant be controlled and become overweight and need surgery. Yes, they have genes, but no surgery is not needed, because genes only say this can be the outcome not “this is” the outcome. whether or not you agree with me, dieting and exercising is a healthy way and its practically and you dont have to watch a video, order food from a special place, read a book, or go through surgery.
About 90 percent of the time, those who commit to surgery are once again looking for a quick fix and are lacking the knowledge and motivation to do it the right way.
