I am a teacher in need of help.

I recently lost my car and I am trying to get it back. I owe $1000.00 on it and this is my last payment. I have worked very hard to get this car and this will be the first purchase that I will actually own. I have until Friday, May 23rd. Does anyone know of any organizations that can provide assistance??

Help me with: If you do not have access to the mains power supply, and the earthing in your house is not proper, is there anything you can do to prevent shocks ?
