In the future, there will be so many new things that i wish i had today. New technology we wouldnt even think of today will come into existence, and it will be fun to see everything. Except my generation wont be like my parents, not knowing what firefox is or how to download something…There will be medical advances that may let us live longer, and if you recognize my avatar, that technology will hopefully be created in my lifetime. Gaming will be brought to new heights never before imagined, games that can do stuff like actually simulate war and things like that so many teens enjoy thinking about. Ya, the future will be awsome

I have no idea how it will affect the future world. I just hope that it is good for everyone. I will not be around for it but my daughter and perhaps her kids will. It is exciting to think about what may happen. It can also be a little scary as well.

I am hoping that technology actually gets turned down in the future. I am hoping that we go back to days moresimple … cell ohones only for emergency, Dads with out black berrys who can actually enjoy dinner or t-ball games with out having to work. Whiel I LOVE technology, it has taken over human existence and our lives in a very negative way. I hope that any technology that does come into our lives actuallyd oes allow for our lives to be easier and not the more stress making kind we have today.

Unfortunatley looking at how our lives have evolved around technology I don’t forsee it getting anything but more gadget attached. I agree with you Mom technology has put a huge burden on family lives. In the past when folks got home from work the phone was the only link to work and that you can just turn off or ignore. Nowadays with internet capable phones plus many others, people are able to work away from work. Probably when the technology was first introduced most people thought of it as a way to spend more time with their family but it din’t go in that direction. You can always hope for the best but realistically it may only get more work oriented and we will lose the small amount of family “time” that we posess now.
