Sites like http://www.esnips.com tend to have a large quantity of copyrighted material that have been user uploaded which may or may not be available for download. Because of their great efforts by the creators of esnips to remove/prevent copy righted materials I would conclude that it is not allowed.

If you own the copyright, then the music or whatever can be distributed however you like.

Thanks for your answers. It’s only about listening music online without the possibility to download or copy it.

If you look at youtube or last.fm, you’ll see that they offer tracks inclusive videos without any problems. So i was wondering about it.
