If its the same, and you have a ISP managing your IP address, then you can try going into the command prompt (Start, Run, “cmd” on XP), then type:

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

This will force the DHCP server on the ISP to re-assign you a IP address, but it might just give you the same one.

yeah thats pretty much it, sometimes u need to reset your modem too…

however there are some forms of IP banning, if thats your problem, that can cover the whole spectrum of IPs that your computer can make, I know a few websites that IP ban you in a way that no matter what you change your IP to there is no getting around unless u hack into it
