My TI-84 Plus froze on me.

I was updating the operating system when my computer and calculator stopped “talking” to each other. now its stuck on..
“Waiting… pleases install operating system now.”
than it would say…
“ERROR! Press any key to turn unit off. Then turn unit back on.”
I have don’t what it has said but it just goes in that cycle.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

Take out the batteries. Then reset the calculator, uninstall and reinstall, the software on the computer, then try again.
