Help!

This has been happening for about 5 years now. Your heart is supposed to have a steady rate, right? well mine doesn’t. sometimes my heart will double it’s speed to about 2 or 3 beats per second and other times it will skip a beat. it usually goes back to its normal rate in 5 seconds but this time it lasted for about 12 seconds. i don’t know whats going on.

btw these might also be anxiety attacks so dont worry but always safe than sorry so a doc is the need of the hour!!

you need to see a doctor, try to be as stress free as possible, stay near people who can help you, and rest as often as possible.
