Has anyone gotten the stimulus rebate direct deposited?

Can you tell me what the bank transaction said? Does it say refund or rebate or stimulus? I got a payment today but it said refund so I don’t know if it is my ammended refund or the rebate….anyone know?

my boyfriend did.. but.. not sure what it said… i only know that for just him.. it was for $600.00.

for me it only said it was from the Federal treasury / IRS

did you send in your own taxes or did you have them prepared by someone else? if it was someone else, just call them and ask.

look at the amount, if it was 300.00 or 600.00 (if you don’t have any kids, anyway) it was the rebate. any other amount was your refund.

I got $900, one for me… one for my daughter, (I’m not sure which is the dependent amount) I did my own taxes, and my girlfriend did her’s too. Now it’s interesting she got hers added to her refund. Mine was DD, the same as my refund, but months later. I think if you didn’t file this year and get your refund by DD, you wouldn’t get the rebate by DD either.
