Just curious…
Is this girl spinning clockwise or counter clockwise? (This is about right brain vs. left brain.) Please tell me how you see it?

Where were you?

:) When I first saw this I could only see clockwise, that’s why I posted it. Many people see both, yet it says most people will see it anti-clockwise, which I just couldn’t see. It was really starting to bug me.
Only NOW, I’ve been staring at it a bit and I do see both!!! Suddenly she starts going the other way, then she will go back to clockwise again… this is so weird to me!!! :) How does this happen???!!
So here’s what it means:
The Right Brain vs Left Brain test … do you see the dancer turning clockwise or anti-clockwise?
If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa.
Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.
LEFT BRAIN FUNCTIONS
uses logic
detail oriented
facts rule
words and language
present and past
math and science
can comprehend
knowing
acknowledges
order/pattern perception
knows object name
reality based
forms strategies
practical
safe
RIGHT BRAIN FUNCTIONS
uses feeling
“big picture” oriented
imagination rules
symbols and images
present and future
philosophy & religion
can “get it” (i.e. meaning)
believes
appreciates
spatial perception
knows object function
fantasy based
presents possibilities
impetuous
risk taking
It took me a long time to get her to go the other way!! Here’s a hint, look at her feet for a moment….. wait, that’s what made me see her going anti-clockwise. Maybe look at her torso.
But I don’t know why she’s mostly clockwise to me!!! :) I wanted to make sure the other side of my brain was working… LOL.
At first clockwise, after a while counter-
…but it’s not so truly left-right brain.
just an optical illusion: the image gives so poor info to the eye and your brain
‘gives’ the motion considered opportune. There’s a more cheap trick about concavity
and human face. g00gle for it…
I saw clockwise mostly but it looked like counter in the very beginning
Yeah, this illusion really baffles me… how can she suddenly appear to be going the other way?!! :)
LOL…. she goes clockwise for me much more than counter… If I stare long enough she changes, but then changes back before long. So to me she’s still mostly clockwise.
:) Takes a lot of staring…. look more at her legs and feet for a moment….
For me it changes while I’m staring, which is really weird!!!
Well, if she were going to move, which way does it look like she’d go? :D
ROFL!!!!! :D
Oh please come back and tell us which way she’s turning? :)
LOL…. that is funny!!! :) I can see how it was confusing though…. hey, I didn’t even pick up about the “wings”… just thought you were describing her open arms!!!
:) Glad you got a laugh out of this….. my mind is spinning now I think!!!
I don’t know about spinning or not spinning, but she’s hot? Can I meet her?
LOL!!!! Aww, mas…. she doesn’t spin at all!!!
littlenick, you’re the second guy who noticed her in THAT way!!! :D Get in line I guess!!

She could have if she wanted me. And, she wouldn’t even have to ask!
She probably wants me and doesn’t even know it!!!
Now, if I saved her as an avatar too, would she be in a different position?
Interesting how the guys could care less whether she spins or not…. she’s just hot? :)

Now you got me curious. What position? Halfback? Forward? Goalie? Quarterback?
I only noticed her spinning clockwise. But, again, I don’t care. When can I meet her? I am drooling now! Pant, pant, pant. Slurp, slurp. I’m stepping on my own tongue!
LOL mas…. I don’t see the link???
littlenick, save her to your hard drive!!! She can be yours!!!

She’s mine! Mine, I tell ya! Stay away! Stay away! Go away! Don’t touch! Don’t look! Mine, I tell ya! Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!!!!!!
Well, according to another article I’m reading about this test… they argue that they have the results backward. I guess, like phunster said, it’s just an illusion and not a great test…. but it was fun! And littlenick has a new girlfriend!!! :D
Shes spinning clockwise. At first I wouldve said counter, but then I thought about it and watched her, and its defiantely clockwise.
ohhh k cool
but i reckon she changes
i was string at her and she moved anti
but then clockwise
i reckon she moves if u check closely and watch
Apparently it all has to do with how you perceive it… she doesn’t actually change direction! :) If you work at it, you can see her change direction though…
Try using peripheral vision- for me, that’s when she spins anti-clockwise…
I see her turning to her right, clockwise,
can;t figure out the counter clock wise thing.

I’m seeing her spinning counterclockwise. o__O I’ll try to imagine her doing the contrary…. lemmme see…
I watched for a few minutes and the girl shifts direction. =) She goes spinning counter at first and after a few seconds she goes clockwise and then counter again.
