You could start by telling her how you feel.

Just chat to her about stuff. Share interests , ask her to go places , if your shy , then ask her to go with a gang of friends and stuf , but whatever you do. if you get her , dont break her heart , appriciate how great she probably is , and dont be a complete *** hole infront of your friends , because ive had it done to me , and i know it feels terrible :(

well, lol what i can say for you is begin with just befriending her and getting to know her well to where she is comfortable with you. From there, if she shows “hints” that she is liking you, try for asking her to the movies or out for the evening and see how things build from there :)
