friends help: boy help please! - Help.com

boy help please!

i asked this guy if he wanted to hang out (not insinuating anything more than friends) and he declined and said he was busy. how can i ask him out again on a bf/gf level without seeming like i’m really annoyingly persistant? (this happened friday)
