I want to go somewhere to shout really really loud .

i have a lot of bad thoughts in my head and I can hardly breathe. I need to shout it all out and clear my head and make sure nobody is around to hear. where can I go ?

Go in the car and drive around and then let it all out. I always do that and it helps.

Go someplace where no one is around {where ever that may be] an ally, home, a park, parking lot etc…

yeah that’s what i need actually i had a look to buy a punch bag the other day but they were expensive so i’ll use something around and have a shout somewhere . i’ve tried crying but i think i am too angry at some things that have happened in my life so i need to get more active and get rid of this knot i’m in

Yeah they arent cheap, someone recommended to me once, just taking a stick or bat and beating the living hell out of a tree.

I tried it and it feels pretty good while doing it, but afterwards my hands hurt like a mofo for a couple days.
