Cut music? Like take certain parts of a song and make a different file out of that part, or splitting a songs into different parts?

There are also lots of share ware wave editors out there too. If this is something you are going to be doing a lot a program you have to pay for is well worth it. I shilled out for a great program called Cool Edit but it might be a bit stronger and exspensive for what you need. I use it for amateur DJing and remixing along with a few other programs. It cuts and mixes down .wav and other files great. It does have a pretty stiff learning curve, but once you get the hang of it gets easy and even fun. With any audio or wave editor you are going to have to read the manual because they are usually more complicated programs, due to the nature of editing sound on a pc.
