In the end am back here again myself esteem is lower

and I lost all rights to speak I am starting to want to cause physical pain to myself again I been doing the lil things but now am ready to go ahead and kick it up a few i don’t know I can’t find anything else to rid my pain.I doubt anyone else would too?i just feel really hopeless and my Heath is becoming wrost everday am a bit sicker then before am just ready to give up unless there somthing am not see
