A few weeks ago on Help.com, I had met someone who needed a Webkinz account.

Me and my sister share one, so I was like, “OK!”. So, I give her my username, GallagherGirl101, and my password, imsofamous56. I tried to log back on a few minutes later, but it said “wrong password”. I tried again and again, but it still wouldn’t work. I have lost my secret code, and my pets where the love poodle (February, Whitney Lynn), and the love frog (February, Gennaveccia). Please if you know the hacker or is the one, please STOP. Also if anyone could tell me how to delete the account, please let me know by mailing me via email/youtube and on youtube mileyxoxomontana92. Thanks again!

Go to the customer support and fill out a complanint that someone is using you account and you would like to close it. Thats all you have to do. :-)

I have just went to the “Customer Support” Area on the Website, and it just said that I shouldn’t go on the account for 1 full year for it to expire and be officially deleted. No offense, The Clue, but can you please make a YouTube account called “The Clue”for me so I can actually understand what you mean because I don’t understand what you’re trying to say. Am I supposed to print a sheet off of the Website and mail it in or what?
