marriage help: Today is a better day…I am feeling better about my marriage. - Help.com

Today is a better day…

I am feeling better about my marriage. But…there is still this empty hole. Is that empty hole something I should be feeling cause I cheated…is it normal? Or is something missing? My husband acts normal…he acts like nothing happened. That can’t be healthy. I suggested marriage counseling and he said that he didn’t think we needed it. Any opinions?

Your husband may have forgiven you… he may be trying to give you a chance to move on, to prove that you won’t do it again. Be grateful that he’s doing that for you. Maybe you DON’T need counseling. Only you two can decide that :)

may your husband is tryin not to think of the whole problem. i think you need to jus keep reminding him that you love him and only him just dont try talking about it that much because you dont want to keep reminding him about what you did
