Okay i want to start a website,
For Free

But i dont really know where to begin. I dont want to pay any money what so ever to make it. I will use adobe Photoshop to make my own graphics.
Does anyone recomend any ways? And how to get a free URL / HTTP / DOMAIN NAME?
please help!? :]

But i want it too look proffessional , not like the ones people make on Piczo , or FreeWebs.
I have a bravenet account , but im not quite sure how to use it.
Please , Any help would be appriciated. :]
