Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
first try to stay away from it, like throw out what you have and any other thing that you use with it.
you could try to not do it as much, im not sure how much you do but for an example…. like only do it three times a week, then two, then once a week, then every other week, then only once a month. maybe just do it once a month, then at least its not as bad for you. But you know you are addicted to it so its no good to keep doing it.
does most your friends smoke?
flush it down your toilet
or just think about how pathetic u look to other people
that will make u want to stop.
I would think you should quit little by little that way the withdrawls arent as bad. I have friends that used to do alot of drugs and let me tell you its not a promising road. Even though “herb” is not as harsh of a drug it is a gateway drug and once your brain get used to its effects youre going to stop feeling that high with leads you up to the stronger more dangerous drugs. For teens the main reason they do drugs is because their friends do, so one of the important things you should do is stop hanging out with these kind of people because even if you do manage to quit the stuff they are only going to try to pull you back down. If you still cant quit seek professional help sure your parents are going to be mad that youve been doing drugs but remind them that the important thing is that youre trying to quit plus its always easier to cahnge something when you have someone to help you.
^Dude, that’s a myth. Don’t spout false information like that, you’re just spreading the ignorance.

>>http://www.marijuanalibrary.org/gatew… (Read up buddy, it’s been known that marijuana is not a gateway drug for a while… People like you spread the myth to keep marijuana illegal)
To the poster, you cannot become physically addicted to marijuana, it’s more of a psychological dependence. Coming from someone who had to quit smoking for health reasons, I found that replacing weed smoking with other activities and avoiding people who smoke worked. However, if you really can’t control yourself to stop (no shame in that :)), you should probably talk to someone. My school’s SAFE (anti-drug) program really helped me out a lot. Perhaps you should see if something like that is available to you. Good luck with quitting, hope this helps.
sorry thats just what i always heard. hell even my college professors have said it but what is a psychological dependence if not an addiciton?
I think they’re definitely related, but I class addiction as the physical: when you stop, you get shakes, chills, etc. But dependence (again, to me [should have made that clear in my first post]) is more of a mental thing: when you stop, you suffer from insomnia, anxiety, depression, etc. Maybe they’re the same thing and I’m just creating differences lol… I dunno.
Btw, I apologize for being condescending/rude about the Gateway thing… I’m sensitive about the weed issue but shouldn’t have let that come through in the post.
you can quit smoking weed by vaporizing it instead :) much healthier.
as for stopping all together, just will power dude, ive smoked on and off since I was 13, im 23 now. if I have my **** together and not worried about drug tests or anything, I smoke, if im getting a new job or have good reasons to not smoke (no money, etc) I just quit. You might feel a little ****** the first day or 2, but get some niacin (ready clean, vitamin form, whatever) and drink some water so its all out of your system fast and its not that bad.
I stay on it all the time and i cant stop cause I love the uplifting spirit
