Envious of height?

yea right!?
Why do some girls insist on associating height only with beauty…..there was this girl in high school who was like 5′11″ and walk around and brag that she can be on america’s next top model for her heigh, and any girl who she argued with she would say that the girl is jealous because she was tall and model -like….i hear this alot.
Like, i have nothing against females who are really tall…but just because ur tall it means nothing..but ur tall! there are gorgeous women under 5′6″ like jessica simpson,Jlo,Carmen electra, christina aguilara, and christiana millian, etc
alot of men also prefer to be taller then theyre ladies or the same height.
I cant stand people who walk around and use height like theyre better then others.

do u think a person should be ashamed of their height? im being serious!! U were created that way..height isnt like weight hair color that u can change..its genetic..soo it doesnt mean that ur better then the next person.

my 14 year old daughter is like a size 0… and is 6′ 1″… she actually has it tough being tall… and being that girls that are tall and have issues with it.. they have to find a reason to feel good about themselves.. so maybe this is what this girl is doing..

I’m a Junior and I’m only 5′1″… being a guy - this SUCKS, because yes, I would love to be taller than my potential girlfriend, but it’s not going to happen!

I’ve accepted my height, and I never feel like less of a man because I have to look up to my peers to talk to them, or because I made my locker buddy switch lockers for me so I could be on the bottom and he could be on the top cuz it was easier for me lol height means nothing to the looks of a person, or the superiority.. to be perfectly honest, I think tall women are rather unattractive.. especcially if they’re skinny.. they just seem rather… gangly

but that’s just my opinion.. height doesn’t make you any greater of a person or more attractive

I hope that gives you a little more confidence to, as “Helpful” said, embrace your height =D

Oh i got small frame because i am an asian. :) It sucks to be always put in the front seat in the classroom if we were arranged by height because i cannot sleep while the class is going on. :)

It does not feel nice when i need someone’s help to get something for me at the supermarket those goods at the upper shelves. :)

But hehe, but i don’t worry about it.

Ok, well I am a girl and six foot tall to be exact, and I am not one of those sticks with arms and legs either. Life is not easy at all on this side of the fence. You can never find clothes that fit right, you never can find cute shoes because your feet are bigger than every one elses. Let me see, guy’s think that you are to tall to date because you are taller than they are. The list goes on and on. Don’t get me wrong, I actually love being tall despite all of the “oh you should be playing basketball cause you are tall” comments.

But, it doesn’t matter how tall a girl is if she has a cockey attitude and thinks that she is better than anyone else, that just means that when she gets out in the real world she will get what is coming for her when she won’t have everyone worshiping the ground that she walks on.

I have to disagree with the comment about the weight and hair color in contast to weight. I mean, all of those things are in fact genetic too, and the only reason people change them is because they are trying to fit into society’s image of the “perfect loook.”

So, are you saying that because I am taller than the “average woman” that I simply think I am better than everyone else. If you do, that is wrong. It is so sterotypical to put people into groups and judge them (tall girls think that they are better than everyone)

Sorry this is so long, height issues really get me going. lol

i’m 5′1, and hate it. I feel that people give me less respect and guys don’t find me ‘attractive’… apparently just ‘cute’. ugh it sucks.
