It’s not the online store that is causing this issue but the bank that issued your card. It blocks Internet purchases. Call your bank to see if that can be lifted.

Thats the problem with Ebay. People sometimes don’t sell authentic air jordans..

If you haven’t already try calling the service number on your card. I don’t know if they’ll answer 24 hours a day, but its worth a shot. If its a problem with the online stores, they should be able to tell you which one’s are blocked. If its some other problem, like the store you ordered clothes from trying to rip you off, its best to catch it as early as possible.

On your specific question, the only online store I’ve bought shoes from was zappos.com , they list a lot of nikes, maybe the ones you’re looking for.
