I recently quit smoking (3 months ago) i gained like

10 pounds but that doesn’t bother me as much as my veins being more prominent throughout my body. Especially on my chest!! which is horrible!! Has anyone else ever experienced this? I am very pale but i know i never use to be see thorough like this! It could be something non related to smoking at all, i dont know, maybe now that more oxygen is running through my veins but if anyone else has had this happen to them, let me know what your solution was. I just bought some of that loreal glow moisturizer im hoping it will reduce there appearance….anyone else have any ideas??

I would guess it means your blood pressure is higher … you can check that and see if it’s at an okay level, and if not, do things to make it lower.

id say google it… but prominant veins tend to mean good circulation, however if its varicus veins.. which ul find to be on your legs then thats a sign of bad circulation.. with you giving up smoking you’ve done the best thing you can do for your health and these veins dont sound to be anything to be concerned about…. with you giving up smoking your blood pressure would of returned to a healthy level as smoking causes high blood pressure and also narrows the blood vessels which is very bad for you… congrats for giving up… keep up the good work xx
