Surgery would suck. What if you spent all that money and just gained weight back? I don’t think that would work.

You shoud just get yourself healthy. Eat right. The best way to get rid of fat is cardio exercise. Walk around the block. Hell, jog if you want. Just constantly keep your heart pumping.

Get rid of all the bad food in your house. Buy better things.

Have you tried Alli? I’m on Alli and my Mother is too (i’m only trying to lose 10lbs but my mom wants to lose 40) and so far she has lost over 20lbs over a 4-5 month process on Alli!! it works great but if you eat those sweet you will pay for it but i love it!! flow the meal plans and excerise you’ll do great!! She really doesn’t do much of the excerising except walk every morning!! The thing is it takes time to work and get ajusted to your diet and what you eat that is why it takes a bit to get ajusted to

I’d try finding a forum on the Internet that’s about weight and get suppport and advice from them. There are some women’s sites (maybe oprah) that is peer to peer counseling. I’d suggest you go to a counselor, call it a life coach, or whatever you want but someone to sound off on the issues, because sometimes we can’t see to get out of our situations, but others can help us see better.

sparkspeople.com is a very good weigt loss community. It is completely free and offers great tips. Try eating better and eating more smaller meals a day. That will help keep your metabolism up. Try that for a couple of weeks and see how much you lose, don’t worry about pounds, worry about if your clothes fit better. If you don’t get the results you are looking for, then go and talk to your doctor. You can ask him about prescription weight loss meds that are FDA approved. I am on one call phentermine that makes you lose you appetite and gives some people more energy. It is actaully the good part of Phen-Fen. As with any drug you have to be very very careful and take them as prescribed.
