Can I get ProteusX2 to work for Windows Vista?

The program installs correctly but it doesn’t launch, not even in any of the compatability modes. This program was origionally made for windows xp but should work in the xp conpatability mode.

Please don’t respond unless you have had an experience in a situation like this.
