The only thing I can suggest is to either ask for a way to turn them off or get your own computer. Sorry if it sounds harsh.

The reason for that is because school computers are for school work, so I suggest you save the fun stuff for your home computer. Did you really expect someone to be able to help you with this issue?

Make a list of proxy websites that you can use while at school.

Through proxies you can access almost any website on the net, through blocks.
