I need help with my NetZero account…

I haven’t used internet at my house (I’m using internet at my school now) in a long time, so I forgot all my info!

I’m pretty sure I know my account name, but
I don’t remember the password, so i tried changing it.

Now I can’t log in at all, not even for help from the NetZero staff!

I can’t give you any personal info, but I can tell you that this account is, in fact, still running and that I’m using dial up to connect.

PLEASE HELP?!
