My cellphone is acting weird i had for about a year

and out of no where i’m trying to call and it says its calling but it doesnt change like you dont see the timer for how many min. you are talkin and there is no dial tone and i dont know how to master reset it and i really dont want to with all my things on it so what do i do?

take out your memory card and turn off the phone then take out the battery blow on it and put it back in along with the memory card and turn it on if it doesnt work you need to take out the battery and if the sticker on it has turned red it has water damage i hope this helps you or just call your service
