Body detox, not for drug use, but to lose a few lbs.

I have a wedding to go to this weekend want to lose a few lbs and I just want to lose a few lbs in general. I have a bad habit of drinking soda but I drink tons of water, I don’t normally eat fatty or sugary foods, my body frame is just large for a short person anyways which is not a bad thing. My weight jumps up and down all the time, but I mean lately its been more on the upside sigh. Anyways its about that time of the month of course, so females naturally retain more water and what not right before that time, so I was just looking for something that can help me lose about 10lbs or a little more in a few days. I don’t want to spend an arm and a leg either. I don’t have a ton of money so not sure if there is some simple thing other than not eating since i’m anemic and have another issue. If I don’t eat I get really really really bitchy. So i need something that I can do but still be able to munch on something even if its celery and carrot sticks.

well. i think first you should do some workouts in your home..look online for one you might wanna do. cut out a lot of the fast food intake (if you eat a lot of fast food that is) deff drink water and green tea. maybe even ride your bike for about an hour or so a day on top of working out. you will deff lose a couple of pounds and you will feel better about yourself :] do this for about a week..and you will see a change in your body and weight. and if you keep it up youll look amazing in like a month

Really I will have to try doing some of the green tea thing, and of course we live in a two story house so up and down stairs i go every day as is so i guess i’ll just run up and down them a few times a day. I don’t really do the fast food thing often and if I do its normally like subway without mayo and cheese kind of stuff…. sadly i have my mothers metablism so anytime i eat anything it kinda sticks and i have to work really really hard to lose any weight.

yea my body is the same way. i hate it. but seriously every morning when you weake up and every night before bed…do like 20- 30 min workouts. it will really help you a lot. i promise
