How long can a sandwich be left out and still be safe to eat?

I have a really good half sandwich here - the other half of which was very excellent. I’d like to eat this remaining half.

The sandwich has sliced turkey breast, mayonnaise, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato. White bread. It was made at 2pm. It’s now 10:20pm..

What do you think?

It shouldn’t be unhealthy, but maybe chill it a little, because it might taste funny being warm.

i made a panini and accidentally left it in my ski jacket pocket for three weeks then i found it and amazingly, it still smelled good. But i didnt eat it.

lol. to all of this. :)

ok. i ate it. the bread was a little dried out and the lettuce went a little tough. but it was still good. :) very happy not to have wasted it. and it was still tasty.

I bought a sandwich at 10am came back the next day at 11am forgot it was out - and no problems
