I can’t sleep, and I have a very challenging day tomorrow.

I have to get my son ready for school, go to a meeting about him at the school, and then drive to my school clinic to massage three or four people. Then back home to my sons Karate class to see him test for a blue belt. Too much. Any tips on sleeping?

I’m no expert, but a few things that might help I’ve listed…

-breathe deeply; remove everything except the sound of your own breathing from your mind

-completely relax all muscles in your body

-maybe wind-down by watching/listening to something; [e.g. music, local news]

Hope these help you.

Try writing down all the things you need to do tomorrow and putting the list somewhere you won’t forget it in the morning. That way, maybe you won’t lie awake worrying about forgetting something.
