game help: After installing CA Security I am having problems playing games on Pogo.Com. - Help.com

After installing CA Security I am having problems playing games on Pogo.Com.

It says java not working and gives things to do like uninstall and then reinstall. I have done this plus I have pop up blocker off so I need to know if there is something extra I need to do.
