i am going to Italy in a week and i need to lose weight, mostly because im performing but also because i need to lose weight any way
dose any one have any tips.

don’t eat 2hrs before you go to sleep, keep sweets and candy a minimum. Stop drinkng that processed stuff and only water.

i would say mostly my stomach but my boobs are kind of really big too

stomaches are always the hardest to loose weight on–crucnches are the best for your stomach–just keep doing them until it hurts and you just want to cry

for your boobs—theyll just reduce in time as your stomach does–theres no really great way to reduce those until you get your stomach down and even then its not like theres an excersice that will make them magically disappear or reduce–sorry.
