I am a court reporter and use the Olympus digital and transcription recorders and software.
I have accidently deleted a file that had a .dss extension. This is an audio file that was downloaded to my computer from a digital recorder. By an accident, this was not set up to delete to my recycle bin. I have been told there is a way to restore this file back to my computer, but I have tried many things and have not been successful.
Is anyone familiar with this problem, and if so, could you please help me?
