I want to lose 15 lbs as soon as possible but in a healthy way.
I do not have much money at all and I don’t have a lot of time. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am going on vacation in 4 weeks. It would be nice to lose at least some of it by then.

any but not the ones with sugar or chocolate on a bowl for breakfast one for lunch and a low fat balanced dinner ,with fruit for snacks

I don’t think we do. I’ve been drinking water with lemon in it and doing pilates.
With with no clothes on. 15lbs easy.
you drink water with lemon first thing in morning it helps to start you digestive system so keep drinking
Cut your hair, toe nails, weight yourself naked.
I think why my weight is a problem is I worry a lot and have panic attacks, etc. and I get hurt easily. I am an emotional eater unfortunately……

I weigh probably about 135 right now. I used to be 110.
I’m really REALLY having a hard time eating healthy. I’ve been trying but failing more than succeeding :(
you should go jogging every or ever other day.Try to drink only water.You can eat lean cuisines,and power bars for energy.if you want to you could also try alli weight loss pill. its not like other pills my friends mom has used it and it she has lost 15 punds so far in 2 weeks.alli blocks about 25% of fat.anf for example if you lost 10 pounds just dieting, you would lose 15 pounds on alli.and if u get alli AVOID:gravy,cream, sauses, oli-based sauses, butter, oils, FRIED FOODS, fatty meatslike burgers, hot dogs,also avoid salad dressing unless it’s low fat. you also want to avoid margarine or cream cheese.well if you get alli you will end up learning much more from planflets.
besides alli i’ll tell ya more ways of loseing weight fast. Lift weights at a level where you can feel “the burn.” Rule of thumb … if you can do 12 reps, the weight is too light, and if you cannot do 8 reps, the weight is too heavy.you also want to add up all your calories and make sure you dont have more calories than 1,500.The slower u lose more long lasting it is!!
But if u still want 2 fight those extra fat chose PILATESE or every morning in an empty stomach and before going 2 bed take 1 cup water, mix 1 sp honey and isp cinnamon powder. Boil it and drink it hot ! This is a personal experience even the most obese person thins down Another thing plz chuck out the weighing scale because muscles and a toned body weighs more than fat !!

massive exercise, massive diet.
i gained a little weight but then lost some.
mainly because i had a very bad diet and was geining weight.
