ive known her since i was in second grade, so its not that i dont know her. In person i talk fine, but over the phone is different.

You should talk about stuff you both have in common. Sports, School, etc. Ask her how her day was, and talk about what ur interests, and opinions are. Kinda corny, but it can start a convo.

Lots of guys have trouble on the phone. I think we rely more on visual cues so a purely auditory communication experience is kind of odd for us. Don’t worry about it.
