Great Post, Sans. I m a Muslim. And u know wt? Muslims also have the same faith as, u think, Christians have. We have a difference in our beliefs.
We also believe that Christians are our brothers. We also dont want to convert all the christians. We have a problem from those who r against Islam, Who talk against Islam. We all love Peace. (PEACE Everywhere)

I had many arguments regarding religions on this site but of no result.

I’ve never really gotten the impression from any Muslim friends that they thought I secretly hated them because I was Christian, but I suppose it’s possible they had that fear somewhere deep down.

I feel like there’s a very small percentage of any population that does not wish peace on others… VERY few. I know that I have nothing against anyone until they give me something to dislike. And that something is NEVER race, religion, or background. Random, but for those who can read Arabic: Does it hurt your eyes to read the characters that small? Arabic seems to be always written in tiny, condensed print. I can’t make my eyes focus enough to see individual marks without them becoming sore.

Sorry, sansceriph, I’m too tired to concentrate on reading right now… but anything to do with peace, be it interracial, interreligious, or international is great with me!

that was very nice of you to have that in mind and type it out. and that is how i feel also. but it is not that our hate is soo overated its just that hollywood is well the educational system which causes alot of us to categorize people in certain groups. we do not judge them by their individual qualities but by their grouping.

Thanks for the invite San.I have very little knowledge of religion in general,but I have learned, just recently on here from friends that are of Muslim faith that Chrisianity is Mostly the same and although I love everyone,I welcome their faith with open arms since Im a Christian and to me Christianity is’ Love’so I see Muslim as being ‘Love’ too.I hope that makes sense.lol

well the only problem here is what governments in Europe and America do.. they made the whole world think that being a Muslim is being a terrorist and made a very strong relationship between Islam and terrorism in peoples minds, Muslims don’t want to hurt anybody they just want to live in peace.

Here in Egypt there is no difference between Muslims and Christians we all live as one and ofcourse nobody here thinks that Muslims are terrorists :D
