Does the F2 Diet really work?

if so when do i start seeing the results?

about a month ago i bought this book called the F2 diet by Audry and after reading it every thing that she said about the diet and sample menus made alot of sense.

unfortunitly ive been on the diet for 3 weeks now and havent lost anything so perhaps maybe its some thing im doing wrong or i might have to wait longer till i see results? some one help plz!

are you exercising as well? you have to combine exercise and dieting for it to work properly

exercise daily - even a 30 min walk. eat sensibly. then you’ll lose weight and be healthy…i know didnt answer the question but thats what i found that works…nothings really good w/out daily exercise…not that i can pull it off haha

Noone has really answered you properly have they? I am also attempting the F2 diet as it seems really sensible and the meals are tasty. I have lost 1 and 1/2 stones on Slimming World then plateaued and nothing seemed to get me moving for about 2 months so started F2. So far, feel great but no weight loss; despite 4 workouts per week at the gym. Also , lots of preparation and my family aren’t keen on the meals so I’m now in a position where I’m cooking 2 seperate meals - 1 for them and 1 for me. I’m prepared to try for 2 weeks and then, if nothing, will try another way…. unless anyone can tell me that it is worth the wait.
