get rid of all pictures, songs, gifts, etc that have something to do with him. erase his number off your cellphone(eventhough you know it by memory), delete him from your myspace/facebook/hi5 and your messenger list.

And the most important one: DONT CALL HIM, TEXT HIM OR E-MAIL HIM.

Once you relly do this, it takes around 6 months to get over him.

yeh and don’t even try to check back with him to see how he’s doing. Trying to be friends with him won’t work..not at this time
