stress can sometimes affect menstruation. whether she has a blood test or an over-the-counter early detection pregnancy test, you’ll have to wait like a week, minimum. hopefully by then she’ll have gotten her period.

How can I help her relax?

You’ve taken all the steps you can. To be honest, the stress is going to stop her from getting her period. All you can do now, is wait. Don’t stress… take it as it comes, theres nothing much else you can do. Good Luck. I am 22 with a daughter who is 2. I was on birthcontrol, and using protection, had my period for 6 months of my pregnacy. I didnt find out untill i was over 4 months preggos. So remeber, that no matter what procausions you take.. there is always that outcome. I had to put my life on hold and i am just now getting back into college. My daughter is 2, and amazing. If she’s pregnant, then she’s pregnant! Accept it and embrace it… It comes as a shock at first, but as time goes on you will learn love like you have never felt before.. I promise. You might have to make some changes in you life, i know i did, but its all worth it in the end
