is she having trouble sleeping because her brain is keeping her up? anxieties? had she behaved this way prior to the pregnancy?

if you’re looking for something to help her sleep… chamomile tea maybe.

She says it is because she is nervous. We are happily married and the pregnacy was planned to the month, but this is her first time so she is very nervous.

Thank you so much for you response. We will try the chamomile tea.

Stay away from the herbal stuff! Check on line some herbal stuff can cause problems to the baby!

Having trouble sleeping when pregnant is normal. Your hormones change. I would wake up a hundred times a night when I was pregnant and usually I’m a very heavy sleeper. I think it is your body prepping you for not getting any sleep when you have the baby!

Try warm milk with sugar in it. Buy her a body pillow. Sleeping on her side will feel more comfortable.
