did you say you are in the UAE? Something’s puzzling me as to how you gained entry .. normally you would require a work permit and those aren’t issued until you have a sponsoring employer. If you are in UAE without the necessary permits, you are putting yourself in an impossible situation. Nobody can employ you legally and the penalties for doing so are severe.. for you and the employer.
where are you getting a 90,000 dirham loan from without a job? That’s not legal either!
i am on visit visa .i came to uae 2006 dec. till march i was on visit visa . and i got a job in a intirior co. i was working for it. i was getting 3000 dhs out of that i is to send 2000 dhs to my loans . 1000dhs for my expenditure . the worrk was going nicely . but in between some problems in management. 8 people left the job and i am one of them. iwent back to my home town . retarnd after 2 months . now i am trying for a job . i am sure i will get a job. i was working as a foremen, i am a hard working person

it sounds like you did not have official sponsorship to work and still don’t.
If you took employment on a visit visa, you broke the rules. A visit visa is not an employment or mission visa. You need to apply to the Labour Ministry and go through the correct channels and procedures.
I still don’t understand why or how you have a loan for that amount.
Where is your home town?
my home town is INDIA
when i was working i was in employment visa . whenever i left the job visa will cancle . i went back to india applied for visit visa i got it ,i came back to dubai .
regarding my loans right now i am not able to tell.if i speak about it my mind will get disturb , first of all i just cant sleep in the nights.its a long story. i had my own small bussiness in india . i was running it well, i was taking care of my family well .unfortunatly some monitory problems started , just becouse i helped some one ,it grow and grow , still i strugled for 2 years . at last i colapsed.i came domn to uae

Well, UAE, as well you know, is very strict about employment and working rules.
It’s not the sort of place you can just turn up and hope to find work that easily. The only thing I can suggest is to check out the Khaleej Times daily and see what comes up, place some ads and knock on doors. Whatever work you find, your employer should be providing accommodation and salary in line with UAE regulations. If you are able to offer good skills in maintenance, house care, gardening or if you have a UAE driving permit you may find a role with an expat family as houseboy/driver. This may not sound appealing, but conditions are often better than in other manual jobs. There are some agencies you can register with but “word of mouth” is always better. Leave your details at the reception/gate of compounds. Try noticeboards too (Spinneys and Co-op supermarkets for example)
Whatever work you find will require you to leave the UAE and wait until your visit visa can be properly commuted to an employment visa. This is very important. It is also expensive.
Do not, under ANY circumstances, accept employment that is not properly registered with the Labour Ministry. You MUST wait for an employment visa and your paperwork to come through. This can take several months. If you work before getting the correct papers, you risk not being paid at all and illegal workers now face 10 years imprisonment and then deportation. Believe me, I have visited many many prisoners who have been tricked into working illegally and told “it will be ok, no-one will know”. The employers get off with a 50,000 dhm fine and the possibility of a month in prison.
I am not aware of any current “amnesty” status which would allow you to rectify your papers if you are currently working on a visit visa. The last one expired in December 2007 I think.
I cannot help you with your loan situation without more details of how and where it was issued. If a loan has been issued to you outside of legal remits, you may have a case to present to the courts. Under Sharia law, interest, whether nominal or excessive, simple or compound, fixed or variable, is forbidden.
thankyou verymuch,have a good day,may god blessyou
