ok I want to know he difference between windows vista home premium and windows xp media edition.

And if I were to upgrade to windows vista home premium, is there a way to downgrade if I don’t like windows vista back to xp with out haveing to an xp cd since my laptop cam with xp?

All you have to do is look it up. Then you can decide if you want to use vista or not. I relay doubt that anyone is going to take the time and effort to do this for you. You will also find out the answer to your question about going back to XP there. Hope this helps :-)
