the ab lounge is crap
….I don’t feel the burn at all…(if I don’t feel it hurting I don’t think it working….but my friend said it designed in a way that it doesn’t hurt but is working )I been using this piece of crap since my 8th grade year started , it sucks I haven’t seen any results, like what the hell I would do it like 15 minutes a day 3-4 times a week….nothing at all
..I had abs kind of which I developed in 7th grade when I was in athletics …like its wasn’t fully develop but a you could tell is was forming ..and now I getting fat, all I do it is stay on the computer until 4am the time spent on the ab lounge didnt help at all it never did if anything…. I decreased, I stopped using it like 2 months ago the ab loung
In 7th grade weighed 135 …and currently 155-158 ….(it changes) so I plan to start doing my 7th grade workout…it help me the most ..and doesnt cost a thing
It was 30 pushups 20 sit-ups , then we run a mile, then I wouldn’t do anything while the rest of my peers would practice football or another sport .. ..(we would do more but it was after a couple of months …)
then 1 day out of the week would lift weights or was it twice s week, but I’m not going to do that I have ….one those things idk what its called…but like, its in the garage …and It like covered in spiders, it practically brand-new and it doesn’t fit in my room ….that’s why….. Its in the garage and since it’d.. there I don’t use it
I liked athletics but, I got kicked out because .I did participate in two sports I only did one …so I couldn’t join in 8th grade ……..I don’t want to be in in athletics in high school because I’m going to be all behind
So is there anything I should add to my routine ..or something
