How do I cook Ground Chuck on the stove?

I’m home alone for the month and I can’t live off of cereal any longer…lol! I’ve got frozen ground chuck…once I thaw it out how long do I cook it for…what temp…do I oil the pan or something? Please help I’m starving!…lol

its just ground beef. You can thaw it on the pan actually if you want to make spaghetti or chili. You need to let it thaw first if you want shape it into burgers or meatloaf.
To thaw it, put a little, about an inch of water in a skillet, turn of fire, watch it and with some help from you foek, the thawed meat will fall into pan.

cook on high until it starts to brown, then turn it down to medium so you don’t burn it.

You brown the ground meat (season it with the spice you like) and put it in with store bought spaghetti sauce. Boil pasta and you can have a good filling meal.
