if your bipolar can your mood swings happen a lot because

i go from depressed to manic all the time ill be so depressed i dont want t o get out of bed but by the afternoon ill feel normal and the next day i might be depressed or wake up with tons of energy

Yes your bipolar can go from one extreme to the other very quickly. Sounds like you might need to start taking meds. If you already are on meds maybe it time to talk to the doctor and have a medication evaluation done.

yes, try to see a professional: a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, etc. This could be a real problem.

Yep, that sounds about right, I am Bipolar and I can be extreme one moment and depressed the next, mine are connected to the change of the seasons too, odd I know but sometimes it is handy to know.

its called rapid cycling, means your mood changes fast, common in bipolar but also unipolar depression, get the meds, but know they aint gonna make ya perfect!
