So, if everything is supposedly delightful, how do you explain depression and hatred?

just the way people think, the way they’ve ended up and stuff, if someone doesn’t have as much as someone else, they can get jealous and angry or if people get the wrong idea about something and persue it, like a bad feeling or something that someone else will diagree with there can be a lot of confusion and misunderstanding and when people don’t get what they want, it’s natural to not feel 100 % i think and people get afraid because there are people that don’t understand the truth of reality and would take terrible action if they misunderstood an action and fear that something bad will happen and it could be for all sorts of reasons

So, basically, everywhere is awesome, but it’s human nature to **** it up?

Just because Earth isn’t always pleasant, how can that prove there’s nothing better?

So, if everything is awesome, but humans are unhappy, are you saying humans are unnatural, against the flow of the world? Is intelligence translate to discontentment, in your mind? And what do you mean, deserve to be annihilated? Who’s the judge on that?

you know that love exists. humans aren’t always unhappy. it’s just i suppose impossible to be entirely moral if not every living entity can be saved. i don’t know. just doesn’t make sense that there would be a heaven and not only heaven at some point.

there will be a heaven one day in the far future, once we get to Omega Point, where technology has advanced as far as it can go and their are computers more powerful that the universe. Everly person that has ever lived will have a virtual copy of themselves in a huge virtual universe that will last forever, trapped within our extinct universe, no way in or no way out, everything within it being perfect.

I used to think everything totally ruled, I mean, I’ve been absolutely pennyless and miserable and somehow I still thougt I was doing great, I have some weird problem in my stomach that makes me throw up when I eat lemon, or drink I once spent a week in bed not being able to eat anything and throwing up all day, my guitar was broken, I didn’t have a dime and somehow I thought I was doing awesome!!!! and I could see my wealthy friends way unhappier than I had ever been before, now I seem to have everything and I’m desperately miserable… so I guess things are random and it’s our neurochemestry that makes us think something is fair or unfair. God was a great idea until men invented religion…

AdamMartin…. I don’t get where you came up with technology advancing to the point of being greater than the universe. That would be quite difficult, and in my opinion impossible because of the vast greatness of the universe.
Dougi….are you talking about how in the bible it states there will be that perfect city and blahdy blahdy God walks among us and such? If so I personally think that that is one of the B.S. things that Christianity persay just blows out it’s a$$. I don’t have a set religion due to the fact that none of them are 100% correct, like they all seem to think they are. There is an afterlife, heaven if you want to call it that. Just like there’s a creator of all things, most commonly known as God. But yeah……just live life well, don’t intentionally or sadistically cause harm to others, and I don’t mean just physical, and just try to be a happy caring person. It doesn’t take material things and what not, just like Alkaline has learned, to be happy. Just living a good life and enjoying what you do have.
