…. but since I’m friends with his sister I went over there today and we idk because we were talking and like we kissed and idk if we are cool or not.. so what should I do?

You should ask him if you are cool. You should apologize for yelling at him (assuming you are sorry). If he doesn’t apologize, then you have to decide if he’s the guy for you.

If it was out of the ordinary for you to fight, then you should just talk.

Sometimes people just need to say they are sorry (of course, it helps to actually be sorry!) and accept another person’s apology.

We all get mad and blow a fuse. If it’s not a habit with you folks, then kiss and make up! (but you have to actually “make up”, you can’t just “kiss”)
