Help, I need to choose a job!

I got two awesome job offers:

Company A pros:
Salary package higher
About half an hour travel from my place

Cons:
Contract position
Pretty new company, therefore everything is relatively new not so established, can be good or bad

Company B:
Pros:
Permanent position
Childcare facility
Company much more mature in terms of projects and management
Company is in property and I reckon I can learn stuff from it because eventually would like to rent properties etc

Cons:
Salary lower
About an hour travel

Anything else I should consider?

job B - this 1 hour commute; are you buying the gas or the company paying for your commute some how?
