hang on dude. pray. find inner strength within u. then have to really face the problem. u really need to talk to her. see if things can still be straighten out. if u can still save your family, ur relship wid her. or really gotta move on. wid regard to ur parents. i guess u have to tell them that u simply need their love and support in these trying times of ur life. thats what a family is for. get advices from closest friends. they might be of help too, esp. if they are also friends of ur wife. hope things will be better. just hang on. this too shall pass. don’t forget that.

My husband and I have been having problems too, but not because of the same issues, but I can relate to not being able to communicate.
My advice to you would be to try and talk calmly to her & set up a meeting with her. You need to be honest with her and yourself….ask her what she needs to be happy in your marriage & what she needs you to do & then vice versa. I would recommend any of the John Gottman books…they have marraige exercises in them to help too.

Perhaps sit back for a bit and decide what YOU truly want…

there is nothing you can change today that wont be changeable tomorrow, there is no harm in taking a step back and re assessing things from a distance, if this causes her to move further away from you then i am sorry to say it, but there was nothing there to save.
Contact her by all means but try to concentrate on the kids, get some access to them perhaps or check how they are doing.

Take things a step at a time and beware of making rash judgements or decisions in the heat of the moment..

Easy to say i know.
Good luck
