Why am I such a big fat messy slob and i hate it so much and hate myself, but yet i do nothing about it?

? I’ve tried every diet under the sun and most recently Overeaters Anonymous and yet every day I just think it would be so much easier if I wasn’t around and I said that to my mom the other day and she’s like yeah for you. Oh yeah and why are boys stupid?

Just try and find an exercise/activity that you enjoy. You’ll have to try a few before you find one that you really like. For example Badminton can be relatively easy going but can also be really fast and fun, depending on how you want to play it.
‘Diets’ are in my opinion a bad idea, we know what’s bad for us and we know what’s good for us. Just try to replace things like snacks with ‘healthier’ options.

Boy’s aren’t stupid. Maybe the boys that you have had an experience with may be, but not all. There’s a lot of boys that are very into sports, so I’m thinking you could solve two problems at once there and get into a sport you like and meet some non-stupid boys that are into the same sport?

Apparently swimming is realy good for losing weight gradualy. The thing you should remember about diets though, is they don’t work too well. The only system that I have ever seem work is: Eat less, eat healthy and exersise. Start off with gentle exersise, like swimming, and while you shouldn’t chalorie count, try to keep some sort of food diary, so you can track what sort of foods you like eating, and how you should plan your eating habits. It’s going to take time though, and it is important that you shouldnt give up…. Try finding a support group - though I’d rule out any group that a) wants cash off you or b) reccomends a diet.

Failing that, find someone in a similar position to you , and you can both help each other stay on track. Good luck!

Because you are stupid and lying to your self.

Eat small portions, don’t eat in public-

If you want to do something do it-
This isn’t heroin addiction-

Spend time on your problems not publically whining about them…

I want to help. There is too much to tell you here… I was in the same boat buddy. You don’t have to feel like this. There is nothing wrong with you as a person, you need to fix your body so that your mind can have some peace.

Eat Fiber. it helps you feel full and leaves you less cravy.
Eat digestive health yogurt. helps with digestion and rythm and immune system.

Walk. get up. you can even wear flip-flops. walk. Mad? then run…run your anger out. you will feel so good after. If you are not mad or angry… you need to let your frustrations out somehow. The best way to do that is excercise. Cardio is best but a lot of guys lift too.

say NO. are you craving chips? Candy? Pizza? Soda? Chocolate? Cheeseburger… say no and cram a stick of gum in your mouth and chew slowly. Imaging that cheeseburger, and keep chewing. YOu have satisfied your need to chew and you are training your mind to accept that you can eat other things instead of the things you always eat. Hungry? go for some protein! I like meat. It is the best protein out there. Turkey slices are good and healthy! Chicken too, but not fried! stay away from fried! Let me say this though… you CAN treat yourself, you are young, you will naturally burn it off once you get out there and do what young guys do. If you lose 10 lbs, you can tell yourself… let’s do another round of 10. Don’t start off thinking that you can lose all the weight…it will be too much to handle. Man, you can do this! you are young… you need to learn responsibility. I swear by my life boy, you can do it!
